Founded in 1920 by Arthur W. Mall. Manufactured portable electric tools, pneumatic tools, gasoline engine chain saws, electric chain saws, pneumatic chain saws, flexible shaft equipment and other gasoline engine powered tools. The company was purchased from Mr. Mall by Remington Arms Co. Inc. (DuPont) of Bridgeport, Conn. in June 1956. Within a year the Mall name was dropped and all product was sold as "Remington"
